The Artist said " I was pyrophobic for most of my life until 7 years ago when I first studied metalsmithing. I was forced to conquer it and when I did, fire has been my best friend ever since. To me, metal is my language; it is the language that I use to interact with the wearer's body. The conversation that i have with the piece of metal is the one that share with you. Once worn, the piece becomes an autonomous individual and the conversation renewed. When this happens, I smile and move on to a new piece of metal, and start a new conversation."
