Devotion will accept absentee bids. So if you cannot make the auction you can still bid by sending us an email by midday saturday 28 May. Tell us which beautiful piece or pieces you wish to bid on and what the maximum bid you are prepared to offer. we will then pass on your bid to the auctioneer and contact you if your bid is successful. Easy!
Remember this is an auction to assist the Red Cross in their work helping those in Japan affected by the earthquake and tsunami disasters, so be generous!

Her uncle was living here before the tsunami hit. The tsunami has taken her uncle away with a brand new 3 storey appartment. She was sure that her uncle would be safe in this type of dwelling. Whilst she walks in rubble, she found a familiar shoe. She will walk until she finds her uncle.(click on picture to watch video)

Evacuation centre in Kamaishi, Iwate. Survivors are living in a tent style format. The older woman feels more comfortable with greater privacy with the temporary walls. The man commented that it is warmer now with less wind. The younger woman stated that there was nowhere to change before the tents were installed.(click on picture to watch video)
